Stuck in Lite Mode?

If you have an active subscription but you get the Lite mode prompt and your account is in Lite mode, you may need to re-authenticate.

How to re-authenticate: Open up the OTR Diagnostics Application, click on the Green OTR Logo in the top left-hand corner of the dashboard, click Account Details, click Logout, then log in with your account details.
