Not Receiving Password Reset Email

If you requested a password reset email in-app and have not received it, follow the steps below:

  1. Please visit https://otrperformance.com/account/login.
  2. Select "Forgot password?"
  3. Enter the email associated with your Diagnostics subscription and select submit.
  4. Follow the steps on the email you will receive to reset your password.
